Many small changes (based on bad reviews from previous year), Interior door handles reworked, New Stingray logo added above the fender vents, Backup lights incorporated into taillights, Base engine became 350 cubic inches of displacement, ZL1 Corvette labeled as the most powerful stock Corvette ever made, L88 engine was 435+ HP on paper, but actually produced in excess of 500 HP, this number was reported lower to combat rising insurance costs
